These Refund Terms (“Terms”) are offered by Start My Business Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By enrolling in our programs or services you agree to be bound by these Terms. Orders placed before November 1, 2026 keep the refund terms that applied at purchase.

1) What we refund

• Business tradelines: if a business tradeline you buy from us is not posted to your business credit file within the reporting cycle stated on the tradeline page and your order, we refund the full tradeline price. This is a refund to your original payment method. The refund covers the tradeline price only.
• Other programs and services: if we cannot deliver a service you paid for, we refund the fee for that service.

2) How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] with your order details. You can also call (888) 534-4145.
• For tradelines, send your request after the stated reporting cycle ends.
• We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to confirm the order and what was delivered.

3) Not covered

• Credit approvals, credit limits, funding amounts and bureau scores are decided by third parties. We do not guarantee any of them, and refunds do not depend on them.
• Trusts: if the work you requested has already been performed and delivered to you and is in your possession, a refund will not be issued.
• These Terms do not cover indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or opportunity costs.
• Requests involving misuse, misrepresentation or fraud are void.

4) Our Commitments

We perform approximately 90% of the program work: entity setup, compliance preparation, bureau alignment, and lender-ready packaging. You are responsible for the essential actions only you can complete, such as verifying your business address and phone number, unless you purchase additional services where we can legally act on your behalf.

5) No Warranties Beyond These Terms

Except for the refunds stated here, Start My Business Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Results vary by client, compliance profile, and market conditions.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Start My Business Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the refund issued under these Terms to you.

7) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

8) Intellectual Property & Third-Party Marks

All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party services or vendors does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding refunds and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any other provision.
• Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Orders placed before November 1, 2026 keep the refund terms that applied at purchase.
