Introduction:

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Start My Business™ and Score Wise™ (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Service Providers," where both Score Wise™ and Start My Business™ are trademarks of Brand Metrics LLC), and [Client's Full Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Client"), as identified in the "My Account" section of their application profile. This Agreement is effective as of the date of the Client's registration ("Effective Date"). The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms under which the Service Providers will assist the Client in improving their credit score through lawful and legitimate means, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Services Provided:

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following credit repair services:

Reviewing the Client's credit report for inaccuracies and disputable items.
Disputing erroneous entries with credit bureaus.
Providing advice and strategies to improve the Client's credit score.

2. Expected Time-frames:

The duration of the credit repair process varies depending on the complexity of the case and the package purchased. Generally, clients see significant progress within 2-8 months.

3. Limitations and Risks:

Credit repair is not a guaranteed fix for your credit score. The success of credit repair efforts can vary based on individual credit histories.

4. Client Rights Disclosure:

Your Rights Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by yourself without charge.
Credit repair companies cannot charge you before completing their services.
You can cancel your contract with any credit repair organization within three business days without any charge.

5. Fee Structure and Payment Terms:

Standard Service Fee:

Total cost: $1,495
Initial down payment: $748.00
Remaining balance: $748.00 (due upon confirmation of $5,000 debt removal)

Express Service Fee:

Total cost: $1,995
Initial down payment: $997
Remaining balance: $997 (due upon $5,000 debt removal)
Balance payment required within 15 business days of initial payment
Service completion expected within 30 business days

Additional Service Fee Structure:

Debts $51,000-$99,000: Base fee $2,395 + 1% success fee
Debts $100,000-$249,000: Base fee $2,395 + 1.5% success fee
Debts $250,000-$500,000: Base fee $2,395 + 2% success fee

Additional Payment Terms for Debts Exceeding $51,000:

Balance payment required within 30 days of successful bulk deletions exceeding $51,000
Full remaining balance due within 60 days of bulk deletions
Unpaid balances will result in a credit lien until full payment

6. Credit Repair Process Guide:

Step-by-Step Process:

Assessment of your credit report
Identification of disputable items
Dispute process initiation
Regular updates and progress reports

Your Role: Provide accurate information and timely responses to requests for documentation or information.

7. Upfront Payment and Waiver of Escrow Requirement:

The Client acknowledges that, in the credit repair industry, the use of an escrow service is commonly utilized to manage payments for services rendered. However, by signing this Agreement, the Client expressly agrees to waive any escrow requirement and consents to pay the service fee described above upfront to facilitate the immediate commencement of credit repair services. The Client understands that this upfront payment enables prompt action on the part of the Service Provider, expediting the timeline of services to the Client's benefit.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel the agreement within three business days without any penalty.

Refund Policy: Details the conditions under which refunds are available post the three-day cancellation period.

9. Obligations of the Service Provider:

The Service Provider will diligently perform credit repair and debt deletion services and provide regular updates to the Client on the progress.

10. Client's Obligations:

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documentation required for the Service Provider to perform the services effectively, which may include:

Picture of the driver's license (back and front)
Picture of the social security card (back and front)
A picture or digital copy of a utility bill
Access to credit monitoring with all 3 credit bureaus

11. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged in the course of this Agreement confidential.

12. Liability:

The Service Provider is not liable for the Client's credit score or any decisions made by third-party credit agencies.

13. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Mexico.

15. Entire Agreement:

This document represents the entire Score Wise Credit Repair Service Agreement between the parties.
