Is SMB Cloud really free?

Yes! Start My Business clients receive free cloud storage for 1 year. After that, plans start at just $15/user/month for businesses.

How is SMB Cloud different from Dropbox or Google Drive?

Unlike Dropbox and Google Drive, SMB Cloud uses end-to-end encryption. Your files are encrypted before they leave your device. We can't read your files, and neither can anyone else. No data mining, no AI training on your documents.

What devices does SMB Cloud support?

SMB Cloud has native apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. All apps support automatic sync, so your files are always up to date across all your devices.

Is my data secure with SMB Cloud?

Absolutely. SMB Cloud uses military-grade AES-256 encryption. Files are encrypted on your device before upload. We use zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we never have access to your encryption keys.

Can I share files with people outside my organization?

Yes! You can create secure share links with optional password protection and expiration dates. Recipients don't need an account to download shared files.

How much storage do I get?

Free tier includes 10GB of storage. Business plans include 100GB per user with options to add more. Enterprise plans offer unlimited storage.
